On September 16th, the Railway Association of Southern California hosted Jim Beil, Executive Director of OCTA’s Capital Program - . Mr. Beil went over OCTA’s current rail program, including the OC Streetcar project in Santa Ana and Garden Grove, improvements to the LOSSAN corridor in South Orange County, and other short- and long-range rail projects that make it easier to get around Orange County.
