2023 RASC Scholarship - Now Open

The 2023 Railway Association of Southern California Scholarship is now open, with 4 graduate and 4 undergraduate scholarships open. Applications are due on April 28th, and winners will be announced shortly after in mid-May.

While applying, also please consider joining our college program, which can connect your student group with speakers from in the rail industry, organize field trips to rail facilities, and also provide some short overviews on rail industry topics and design. About the Railway Association of Southern California (RASC):

RASC is a local rail industry networking group which hosts monthly luncheons, an annual holiday dinner, and an annual scholarship competition. In 2021, we awarded $21,000 in scholarships to local graduate and undergraduate students pursuing an education and future career in the railway industry. Attendees of these events include members of the local transit agencies, consultant community, and students.
